OCTOPUS LEAGUE

Another great performance in round 2 of this years Octopus league saw us finish 3rd on the night, with a fantastic 24 PBs.

Congratulations to the following swimmers for winning their individual event; Aaron McClean (25m Freestyle), Ella Davies (25m Breaststroke), Joel Woodward (25m Butterfly), Chloe Stephens (50m Backstroke), Matthew Clarke (25m Butterfly), Francesca Pickup (25m Freestyle) and Sally Walsh (50m Breaststroke).

Well done also to all those swimmers that achieved a PB or broke the time limit; Francesca Powell, Aaron McClean, Georgina Ward, James Punnett, Lucy Sidey, Matthew Ruiz, Cameron Butler, Charlotte Doyle, Matthew Rogers, Ella Davies, Joshua Mogford, Alexander Din, Grace Onder, Michael Eagling, Georgina Piper, Joel Woodward, Matthew Knight, Abigail Ware, Matthew Clarke, Robert Sidey, Jade Hewitt, Oliver Eason, Sallt Walsh and Luke Gentle.

This is our strongest start to the Octopus league for a few years, so well done to everyone that has competed so far. We are currently 3rd in the league, equal on points with Eltham who are in 2nd place.
